High School is hard as is - having a full class schedule, extracurricular activities, spending time with friends and family, and also having to apply to college. All of that is daunting and time consuming. But high school students also struggle with searching for scholarships. Scholarship applications take time, and many scholarships having demanding applications and GPA requirements. This leads many students to avoid applying for scholarships. Instead, they are opting to take out loans or working their way through college.

The Get Schooled Foundation recognizes this and is happy to announce our Easy Scholarship search portal. This is a comprehensive list of the easiest scholarships that high school students can apply for. We select these scholarships based on a few criteria: do they require an essay? Do they have a minimum GPA requirement? Do they have an extensively long application process?

We want to simplify the process as much as possible and make your scholarship search more productive. Our easy scholarship approach stems from a need from our community. We conducted a survey where more than 50% of the respondents indicated that they wanted more scholarships, but did not know where to find them. Even if they did, the barrier to apply was too overwhelming, leading many students to abandon their search within minutes of finding them.
