Becoming a leader

As a leader, you must be able to stay on top of your work to get things done on time. For most people, waiting until the last minute or losing track of things will really this challenging. In this module, you will learn some straight-forward, but effective tools to live a more organized and efficient life.  Start the training.

Defining success

We want success but often it may seem like we don’t have what it takes. It may seem like we are destined to be average since that is how we were born. This kind of thinking is what is called a ‘fixed’ mindset. Fixed mindsets hold us back from leading our best lives. By learning a new approach and way of thinking, known as the ‘growth’ mindset, possibilities and opportunities are more abundant. By living with a growth mindset, we are free to find our success. Start the training.
