What we do
Getting to College
Problem: 70% of high school graduates go directly to college, but for low-income and first-generation students, access to guidance and support is rarely available.
Solution: We provide high schoolers with 1:1 support and advice that prepare them to pursue college or some post-secondary credential after high school.
Succeeding in College
Problem: 30% percent of college freshmen drop out after their first year of school.
Solution: Get Schooled offers personalized support for students during their first year of college resulting in higher GPAs and greater completion rates. We leverage research that best supports low-income and first-gen students on their path to college persistence
Finding a Job
Problem: 55% of 16- to 24-year-olds are working, yet very few know how to find jobs that will support their educational and career goals.
Solution: Get Schooled’s youth-centered job search tool and 1:1 support help young people apply to jobs and achieve early job success.

We measure our reach, our engagement, and our impact along multiple dimensions. Most importantly, we learn from what is working and what is not - both from the implicit data we extract and from explicit data we request.
