This scholarship awards community, technical, or trade college scholarships to women pursuing transportation-related study at community and trade colleges.

Sharon D. Banks Memorial Undergraduate Scholarship // WTS

This scholarship is available to women pursuing undergraduate studies in transportation or a related field. 

National CPR Foundation Healthcare and Education Scholarship Program // National CPR Foundation

Amount: $500

Deadline: Monthly; see website for more details

Incoming and current college students who are at least 18 years of age and have a minimum GPA of 2.8 are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Applicants must be currently or planning to be enrolled in school majoring in a healthcare or education-related field. Applicants must submit a 500- to 750-word essay describing what motivates them in their career aspirations, and why they want to pursue or are currently studying for a healthcare or education-related degree.

Minority Women in STEM Financial Need Scholarship // Bold.org

Amount: $15,000

Deadline: June 27, 2026

This scholarship is for undergraduate BIPOC women who are studying STEM. Must be attending one of the following schools: 

• University of Texas at Dallas
• University of Texas at Austin
• University of North Texas
• The University of Texas at Arlington
• Texas Woman’s University

Hearts for Community Scholarship // Warrick Dunn Charities

Amount: $5,000

This scholarship program provides awards to support Texas students who are active volunteers in their community and are attending or will soon attend a two-year college, four-year college, or trade school. Two letters of recommendation showing proof of volunteer experience and a 500-word essay required.

Study.com LGBTQ+ Scholarship // Study.com

Amount: $500

Deadline: June 30, 2026

LGBTQ+ students who are accepted to or enrolled in a college or university in the U.S. are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Financial need will not be considered.

Animal Rescue Scholarship // Aulsbrook Law Firm

Amount: $2,500

Deadline: August 15, 2026

This scholarship is available to students enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in the U.S. at two- and four-year colleges. Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Must submit a 750-word essay that responds to the following prompt: “Discuss your relationship with a rescue animal or volunteer animal organization and how it has impacted your life. How do you dedicate your time to helping animals and animal rescue organizations?”

C.I.P Scholarship // College is Power

Amount: $1,000

Students ages 17 years or older who plan to start a program of higher education within the next 12 months or who are currently enrolled in a program of higher education are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Applicants must be citizens or residents of the U.S. and write a 150-word statement answering the following prompt: “What is your primary goal for going to school?”

RealityHop Scholarship // RealityHop

Graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students in the United States who demonstrate ambition, diligence, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Applicants must submit a maximum 500 word essay answering the following prompt: “Imagine yourself 10 years in the future after having graduated college and living the life of your dreams: find a listing on RealtyHop you picture yourself living in and write what your favorite room or feature is on the listing and why it is important to your future life. Please provide a link to the listing. Finalists may have an opportunity to be featured on our blog.”

Stand Up To Distracted Driving Scholarship // Kanoski Bresney

Deadline: November 9, 2026

This scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate and graduate students who will be attending college in the fall. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen and have at least a 3.0 GPA. Applicants must submit an essay on a given topic related to distracted driving.

This scholarship is open to Asian high school seniors and current college students who are/will be pursuing a major in the performing and visual arts, journalism and/or mass communications. Applicants must be citizens, national or legal permanent residents of the U.S., and have at least a 3.0 GPA.

Groundbreaker Leadership Scholarship // Against the Grain Productions

Amount: $1,500

Deadline: May 31, 2026

This scholarship is available to Asian high school seniors and current college students who are citizens, nationals, or permanent residents of the U.S. and have at least a 3.5 GPA. Applicants must submit a video presentation showcasing their work and qualifications.

Fifth Month Scholarship // Unigo

Amount: $1,500

Deadline: May 31, 2026

This scholarship is open to U.S. citizens and residents 14 years or older. Applicants must submit a maximum 250-word essay answering the following prompt: “May is the fifth month of the year. Write a letter to the number five explaining why five is important. Be serious or be funny. Either way, here’s a high five to you for being original.”

There’s Space for Everyone Scholarship // Extra Space Storage

Amount: $3,000

Deadline: May 31, 2026

Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university for fall 2026. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and submit an essay answering the following prompt: “How have you exhibited a commitment to inclusion and strengthening your community through work, service, or other extra-curricular activities and how will your education help you continue this commitment during college and beyond?”

“In The Driver’s Seat” Scholarship // National Driving and Traffic School

Amount: $500

Deadline: May 1, 2026

This scholarship is available to students both in the U.S. and abroad. Applicants to this scholarship must be enrolled in high school, university, or college as a full-time student. Must submit a 750-word essay answering the following questions:

• What is the importance of driver education in reducing the number of deaths as a result of driving?
• What steps can be taken to reduce the number of deaths related to driving?
• Have you ever had an experience of being in a car accident or have seen your friends or family members driving irresponsibly?
• What steps can you take to be a better and safer driver as well as help others become safer on the road?

Think For Yourself Essay Contest // Let Grow

Amount: $2,000-$8,000

Deadline: April 30, 2026

This scholarship is open to high school juniors and seniors who are U.S. residents. Applicants must submit a 600-800 word essay about their personal experiences with ideas about free speech, curiosity, and open-mindedness in their everyday lives. 

HSC Scholars Program // Hispanic Scholarship Consortium

This scholarship is open to students of Hispanic/Latino heritage who plan to enroll in an accredited two- or four-year college or university in the United States with at least a 2.5 GPA. 

Unboxing Your Life Video Scholarship // Sttark

Amount: $3,000

Deadline: April 30, 2026

This scholarship is open to high school seniors and current undergraduate and graduate students who are U.S. citizens. Applicants must create a 5-minute “unboxing” video of their life that showcases their originality and unique personality, as well as provide a 250-word biography with their application video.

“You Can’t Label People, but You Can Label Products” Scholarship // Sttark

Amount: $3,000

Deadline: April 30, 2026

This scholarship is open to high school seniors and current undergraduate and graduate students who are U.S. citizens. Applicants must submit a 1,000-word essay responding to the following prompt: “You can’t label people, but you can label products,” as well as design their own label related to their essay that belongs on a product, but not a person. In addition to their essay and label design, applicants must submit a 250-word biography about themselves. 

SDK Foundation Scholarship // Judge Shequitta Kelly

Two scholarships of $1,200 will be awarded to students with financial need residing in Texas or Indiana.

Maximum Independence Scholarship // Goodwill Industries of Southwest Oklahoma & North Texas, Inc.

Amount: $1,000

Deadline: April 17, 2026

This scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors in Caddo, Comanche, Cotton, Grady, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, Jefferson, Kiowa, Stephens, and Tillman Counties in Oklahoma; and Archer, Baylor, Clay, Wichita, and Wilbarger Counties in Texas. Applicants must have a documented 15 hours of community service during their senior year of high school and have a documented disability or a demonstrated financial need.

BHW Scholarship // The BHW Group

Amount: $3,000

Women who are pursuing an undergraduate degree and are majoring in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics are welcome to apply. 

Susan Howard Community Service Award // British American Foundation of Texas

Amount: $5,000

Deadline: March 31, 2026

This scholarship is available to low-income students in Texas who have “demonstrated initiative and leadership skills through their dedication to benefitting their community.” Applicants must be working on a community service project or have done so within the past 12 months. Must be able to attend an awards dinner to receive the award in Houston on April 30, 2026. 

British American Foundation of Texas Undergrad Scholarship // BAFTX

Deadline: March 31, 2026

If you are a Texas resident with a 3.0 GPA who plans to major in STEM or business, you are able to apply for this scholarship. Must be able to attend an awards dinner to receive the award in Houston on April 30, 2026.

Flip Foundation Scholarships // Flip Foundation

This scholarship is available to high school seniors and students currently enrolled at any college, university or trade school. Must have between a 2.5-3.5 GPA and be a U.S. citizen. Applicants must submit a project based on individual talent (writing, singing, video, etc.). Be sure to note if you have any special financial needs on your application (if applicable), as that is heavily considered.

Disability Scholarship // Microsoft

Amount: $5,000

Deadline: March 16, 2026

High school seniors are eligible for this scholarship. Must be planning to major in engineering, computer science, computer information systems, law, business, or a related field. Must have a cumulative high school GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Black at Microsoft Scholarships // Microsoft

Amount: $2,500-$5,000

Deadline: March 16, 2026

To be considered for these scholarships, applicants must be high school seniors of African descent with plans to pursue a degree in engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or select business programs. Must demonstrate financial need and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and higher. Must submit one letter of recommendation, a transcript, and a maximum 500-word essay.

Women at Microsoft Scholarship // Microsoft

Amount: $5,000 

Deadline: March 16, 2026

High school seniors who plan to attend a vocational school or college to pursue a career in STEAM are eligible for this scholarship. Students must have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Kim and Harold Louie Family Foundation Scholarship // The Kim and Harold Louie Family Foundation

Amount: Varies

Deadline: March 15, 2026

This scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and individuals entering their freshman year of college during the 2026-2027 academic year. Applicants must have at least a 3.7 GPA and demonstrate outstanding personal achievements, academic merit, leadership qualities and/or community service. Must submit letters of reference and personal statements.

IMEG Engineering Scholarship Program // IMEG

Amount: Up to $10,000

Deadline: March 13, 2026

This scholarship is open to college students in their sophomore through senior year. Applicants must have financial need and be actively pursuing a degree in a STEM-related field with an engineering focus. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.

Amarillo Area Foundation Scholarships // Amarillo Area Foundation

Amount: Varies

Deadline: March 6, 2026

Amarillo Area Foundation offers a variety of scholarships for different colleges, fields of study, and county of residence. Must submit transcripts, IRS tax forms, two letters of recommendation, a resume, and ACT/SAT scores. 

Beauty & Wellness Professionals Scholarship // Beauty Schools Directory

Amount: $2,500

This scholarship is available to high school seniors and college students who are currently studying or planning to study at a beauty or cosmetology school. Both part-time and full-time students are eligible. All U.S. residents and DACA recipients are eligible to apply.

This scholarship is available to minority high school seniors and college students who are studying or plan to study in fields related to chemistry and engineering. Must be or plan to be a full-time student in an accredited college or university.

LGBTQIA+ students living or attending school (high school or college) in the Houston, TX area are eligible for this scholarship. Must have a minimum GPA of 2.75.

Foundation 649 Scholarship // Foundation 649

Amount: $4,000 over four years

Deadline: March 1, 2026

This scholarship is for Asian American and Pacific Islander students who are seeking a college degree and have a track record of involvement and interest in AAPI communities, issues, or causes. Applicants must write a maximum 1,000 word essay to be considered. Undocumented students are welcome to apply.

Dr. Juan Andrade Scholarship for Young Hispanic Leaders // United States Hispanic Leadership Institute

Deadline: December 30, 2025

This scholarship is available to students enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full-time student in an accredited four-year or two-year institution in the U.S. or U.S. territories. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a verifiable need for financial support. At least one parent must be of Hispanic ancestry. Non-U.S. citizens are eligible to apply (DACA or undocumented).

Take Care of Texas Video Contest // Take Care of Texas

This scholarship is open to Texas high school students grades 9-12. Applicants must submit a 30-second video that portrays positive ways Texas can help keep our air clean, keep our water clean, conserve water, save energy, or reduce waste.

Youth Award // Hispanic Heritage Foundation

This scholarship is available to Latino high school seniors who excel in the classroom and community and for their excellence in areas such as education, community service, business and entrepreneurship, and media/entertainment.

BEE, YOU Scholarship // Busy Bee’s Virtual Assistance & Management, LLC

Amount: $1,500

Deadline: October 4, 2025

This scholarship is available to high school seniors and current college students with financial need. Applicants must be working part- or full-time in addition to being students to qualify for this scholarship. Applicants must write a 500-word maximum essay responding to one of the provided prompts as well as submit a link to a 2-minute video sharing your experience as a working student.

Rodeo Enthusiast Scholarship // Rodeo Ticket

Amount: $500

Deadline: August 15, 2025

This scholarship is available to students who either grew up going to rodeos or went to one for the first time as an adult. Applicants must write a 700-1,500 word essay about the experience. Must include a photo of yourself with your essay submission. Scholarship available to students in all 50 states.

Both high school and college students that are student-athletes are eligible for this scholarship. Students need to submit a 500-1,000 word essay about the influence participation in sports had on them and how participation influenced their future career goals.

New York Ramblers Scholarship // New York Ramblers Soccer

This scholarship is for undergraduate student athletes who are members or allies of the LGBTQ+ community (between the ages of 15 and 35). Applicants for the scholarship are reviewed based on financial need, leadership in sports, LGBTQ+ advocacy, academic excellence, and potential for impact based on their future goals.

The Sara Scholarship // Sara Scholarship

Amount: $2,500

To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be a female high school senior with the intention to graduate and enroll in college at the end of the school year, have above a cumulative unweighted 3.3 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and have an active involvement with the sport of golf.

Marc E. Lewis Youth Scholarship // FLAG Flag Football

Amount: Up to $10,000

Deadline: April 1, 2026

This scholarship is awarded annually to graduating high school seniors from Massachusetts who 1) are student athletes and 2) have made their schools or sports programs safer and more inclusive for LGBTQ+ community members, either as a role model or an ally.

CIF Scholar-Athlete of the Year // California Interscholastic Federation

Amount: $1,500-$10,000

Deadline: March 11, 2026

Applicants must be high school seniors who have played at least two years on a varsity sports team within California and have an unweighted GPA of 3.7 or above. SAT or ACT scores are required when applying.

Loprinzi Scholarship // Multnomah Athletic Foundation

Amount: $1,000-$10,000

Deadline: March 1, 2026

Applicants must be eligible student athletes from one of 30 program high schools in Oregon. Must demonstrate financial need to attend college full-time, participate in competitive athletics, be engaged in civic involvement and demonstrate leadership in school and community activities, and have at least a 3.0 GPA. Must attend one of the 30 listed 5A or 6A high schools in Oregon.

Team DC Student-Athlete Scholarships // Team DC

Deadline: February 13, 2026

This scholarship is available to self-identified members of the LGBTQIA+ community who are high school senior student athletes and intend to enroll in a full-time undergraduate program at a college or university. Must live in the Washington D.C. area to be considered.

The Evans Scholarship // Western Golf Association

Amount: Full tuition and housing

Deadline: October 15, 2025

This scholarship will be awarded to high-achieving golf caddies with financial need. Applicants must be a high school senior or college freshman, have caddied for at least two years, and must have completed their junior year of high school with a B average in college preparatory classes.

She is Football Scholarship // Tampa Bay Buccaneers Foundation

Amount: $5,000

Deadline: April 20, 2025

Female high school seniors participating in a form of football (touch, flag, tackle, etc.) are eligible for this scholarship. Must plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university for the entire upcoming academic year. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must write an essay (2,000 characters or less) outlining how you will use your career choice to make a positive impact in the sports industry.

Applicants “must be attending an accredited post-secondary institution in the United States in the upcoming academic year (starting in the Fall of this current year) when applying. The application is open to students who attend community college, university, and trade/vocational school. Applicants should have a strong history of engagement within the API and/or LGBTQIA+ communities.”

California Latino Legislative Caucus Foundation Scholarship Program // CLLCF

Deadline: June 1, 2026

Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students or high school seniors with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Must submit two letters of recommendation. All students, regardless of immigration status, are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Achieving the Dream Scholarship // First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

Amount: $2,000

Deadline: May 2, 2026

Applicants must have at least one parent or grandparent of Hispanic descent. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Must reside in one of the following five counties in Florida: Duval, Baker, St. Johns, Clay, or Nassau. DACA recipients are eligible to apply.

HSC Scholars Program // Hispanic Scholarship Consortium

Deadline: April 30, 2026

This scholarship is open to students of Hispanic/Latino heritage who plan to enroll in an accredited two- or four-year college or university in the United States with at least a 2.5 GPA. Applicants must reside in Texas, but U.S. citizenship is not required. 

Davis-Putter Scholarship // Davis-Putter Scholarship Fund

Amount: Up to $15,000

Deadline: April 1, 2026

In order to be eligible for the Davis Putter Scholarship, you need to be involved in movements for progressive social change, enrolled in a degree, trade or training program, and have financial need. U.S. citizenship is not required to apply, but applicants must have participated in activities in the United States and be planning to enroll in an accredited program in the U.S. 

Chicana Latina Foundation Scholarships // Chicana Latina Foundation

Amount: $1,500

Deadline: March 31, 2026

This scholarship is offered to Chicana and/or Latina students in Northern California. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited college, university, or community college in one of the following California counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Monterey, Napa, Sacramento, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, San Francisco, Sonoma, or Yolo. Applicants must have lived in one of the above counties for at least two years.

HOLA at Microsoft Scholarship // Microsoft

Amount: $2,500-$10,000

Deadline: March 16, 2026

This scholarship is available to high school seniors who need assistance paying for college. Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent legal resident, or an individual granted deferred action status under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program (DACA). Must be planning to study engineering, computer science, or business in college. Must have a high school GPA of 3.0 and higher.

CA Dream Act // California Student Aid Commission

This scholarship is for Asian American and Pacific Islander students who are seeking a college degree and have a track record of involvement and interest in AAPI communities, issues, or causes. This scholarship is available to immigrant students with or without DACA or TPS who came to the U.S. before the age of 16 and before Nov. 1, 2020 and qualify for in-state tuition at one of the organization’s partner colleges.

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must attend a public or private high school in San Mateo or Santa Clara County, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8, be a first-generation college student, and demonstrate financial need. The PCF application is open to undocumented students as well as students who have DACA status.

Dr. Juan Andrade Scholarship for Young Hispanic Leaders // United States Hispanic Leadership Institute

This scholarship is available to students enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full-time student in an accredited four-year or two-year institution in the U.S. or U.S. territories. Must be an Oregon resident for at least one year prior to applying. Undocumented students, including DACA students, may be eligible. Must submit FAFSA or ORSAA.

This scholarship is open to high school seniors and current undergraduate and graduate students who are U.S. citizens. Applicants must submit a 1,000-word essay responding to the following prompt: “You can’t label people, but you can label products,” as well as design their own label related to their essay that belongs on a product, but not a person. In addition to their essay and label design, applicants must submit a 250-word biography about themselves.

The Shawn Carter Scholarship Fund (SCSF) offers scholarships to students who demonstrate resiliency in the face of hardship and give back to their communities. Students pursuing a four-year degree can apply to this scholarship by the Elks National Foundation. They will be awarding 500 students scholarships for four years, ranging from $1,000 to $7,500. The top 20 scholarship applicants will participate in an all-expenses paid trip to Elks National Foundation’s Leadership Weekend, where they are eligible to win even more money for college.

This scholarship is open to California residents enrolled in a full-time college program during the 2026-2027 academic year. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and “must gender identify as a woman or girl, or are female regardless of gender identity.” Must write a 250-word personal statement.

The Cameron Impact Scholarship is awarded annually to 10-15 high school students who have demonstrated excellence in leadership, community service, extracurricular activities, and academics. This scholarship covers the full tuition, fees, and books at any accredited U.S. based college or university that the recipient chooses to attend.

The Esperanza Education Fund provides scholarships to students from Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC who are immigrants or the children of immigrants.

To be considered for these scholarships, applicants must be high school seniors of African descent with plans to pursue a degree in engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or select business programs. Must demonstrate financial need and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and higher. Must submit one letter of recommendation, a transcript, and a maximum 500-word essay.

High school seniors are eligible for this scholarship. Must be planning to major in engineering, computer science, computer information systems, law, business, or a related field. Must have a cumulative high school GPA of 2.5 or higher.

The Dell Scholars program was designed to provide a support system for the challenges many students face while pursuing a degree. 500 winners will be awarded $20,000 as well as year-round support to help them succeed in college.

Davidson Fellows Scholarship // Davidson Institute

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be 18 or younger and a U.S. citizen or resident. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of “significant work,” or projects that are at, or close to, the college graduate level with a depth of knowledge in their particular area of study. 

EPP/MSI Undergraduate Scholarship Program // National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

California Latino Legislative Caucus Foundation Scholarship Program // CLLCF

Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students or high school seniors with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Must submit two letters of recommendation. All students, regardless of immigration status, are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Groundbreaker Leadership Scholarship // Against the Grain Productions

This scholarship is available to Asian high school seniors and current college students who are citizens, nationals, or permanent residents of the U.S. and have at least a 3.5 GPA. Applicants must submit a video presentation showcasing their work and qualifications.

Fifth Month Scholarship // Unigo

This scholarship is open to U.S. citizens and residents 14 years or older. Applicants must submit a maximum 250-word essay answering the following prompt: “May is the fifth month of the year. Write a letter to the number five explaining why five is important. Be serious or be funny. Either way, here’s a high five to you for being original.”

The Minerva Scholarship Program // Women in California Leadership

Amount: $3,000-$10,000

This scholarship is open to California residents enrolled in a full-time college program during the 2026-2027 school year. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and “must gender identify as a woman or girl, or are female regardless of gender identity.” Must write a 250-word personal statement.

Applicants must be citizens, national or legal permanent residents of the U.S., and have at least a 3.0 GPA. 

There’s Space for Everyone Scholarship // Extra Space Storage

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and submit an essay answering the following prompt: “How have you exhibited a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, or social justice through work, service, or other extracurricular activities, and how will your education help you continue this commitment during college and beyond?”

Ebell/Flint Scholarship Program // The Ebell of Los Angeles

The Ebell/Flint Scholarship is open to undergraduate students of any major who currently attend private or public nonprofit colleges or universities in Los Angeles County. Scholarship recipients are chosen based on financial need, academic achievement, and community service/leadership.

Unboxing Your Life Video Scholarship // Sttark

This scholarship is open to high school seniors and current undergraduate and graduate students who are U.S. citizens. Applicants must create a 5-minute “unboxing” video of their life that showcases their originality and unique personality, as well as provide a 250-word biography with their application video.

“You Can’t Label People, but You Can Label Products” Scholarship // Sttark

This scholarship is open to high school seniors and current undergraduate and graduate students who are U.S. citizens. Applicants must submit a 1,000-word essay responding to the following prompt: “You can’t label people, but you can label products,” as well as design their own label related to their essay that belongs on a product, but not a person. In addition to their essay and label design, applicants must submit a 250-word biography about themselves. 

Think For Yourself Essay Contest // Let Grow

This scholarship is open to high school juniors and seniors who are U.S. residents. Applicants must submit a 600-800 word essay about their personal experiences with ideas about free speech, curiosity, and open-mindedness in their everyday lives.

Disabled students who plan on enrolling in higher education (community college, four-year universities, etc.) for the 2026-2027 academic year can apply to Incight’s annual scholarship. Must live in Oregon, Washington, or California. Award amounts vary.

This scholarship is available to Black, female high school seniors in designated areas of San Diego County. Must have a minimum of a 2.75 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Applicants must submit a transcript, two letters of recommendation, and their application essay.

Chicana Latina Foundation Scholarships // Chicana Latina Foundation

This scholarship is offered to Chicana and/or Latina students in Northern California. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited college, university, or community college in one of the following California counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Monterey, Napa, Sacramento, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, San Francisco, Sonoma, or Yolo. Applicants must have lived in one of the above counties for at least two years.

Dr. Lynette Robinson Scholarship for Inclusive Education // North Coastal Consortium for Special Education

This scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors in California that have expressed interest in pursuing a career in special education or a related field such as school psychology, social work, or counseling. Applicants must describe activities which demonstrate their support, involvement, and commitment to inclusive practices for students with special needs in educational and/or community settings.

This scholarship is available to high school seniors who need assistance paying for college. Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent legal resident, or an individual granted deferred action status under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program (DACA). Must be planning to study engineering, computer science, or business in college. Must have a high school GPA of 3.0 and higher.

To be considered for these scholarships, applicants must be high school seniors of African descent with plans to pursue a degree in engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or select business programs. This scholarship is awarded to minority students who transfer in the fall or spring following the award from Contra Costa County community colleges in California to junior standing in four-year accredited institutions.

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must attend a public or private high school in San Mateo or Santa Clara County, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8, be a first-generation college student, and demonstrate financial need. This scholarship is available to high school seniors with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Applicants must live in Southern California Edison’s service territory. Must plan to pursue a degree in STEM, demonstrate financial need, and attend an accredited four-year college or university full-time during the 2026-2027 school year. 

Dr. Juan Andrade Scholarship for Young Hispanic Leaders // United States Hispanic Leadership Institute

This scholarship is available to students enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full-time student in an accredited four-year or two-year institution in the U.S. or U.S. territories. Rodeo Enthusiast Scholarship // Rodeo Ticket

This scholarship is available to students who either grew up going to rodeos or went to one for the first time as an adult. Applicants must write a 700-1,500 word essay about the experience. Middle Class Scholarship // California Student Aid Commission

The Middle Class Scholarship (MCS) provides undergraduate students, including students pursuing a teaching credential, with family income and assets up to $217,000, a scholarship to attend University of California (UC) or California State University (CSU) campuses.
