College is stressful - it’s important to take steps to preserve your mental health and well-being. While stress is a normal part of life, there are resources out there that can help you work through it. Here's a list of mental health resources available to help you manage stress in college.

A new therapy startup called Real is offering a month of free online group sessions as well as one-on-one appointments.
Talkspace.com
Another virtual-therapy focused start-up - TalkSpace is offering a 7-day free-trial access to its 1:1 virtual therapy options, and free therapist-led support groups. They’re also offering free resources on coping with anxiety related to COVID-19.
Headspace
This high-quality meditation app is offering free access to its Weathering the Storm section, workplace toolkit, guided meditations, and its exercises for employers and employees
National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)
NAMI has released an extensive guide to mental health during COVID-19. It includes exhaustive tips and recommendations from mental health experts, links to free resources and exercises, and answers to FAQs.
