FAFSA’s MyStudentAid App Makes Filing Easy

Last updated January 24, 2021

Did you know you can fill out the entire FAFSA right on your phone via the US Department of Education's MyStudentAid app?

If you're filing this fall for the 2021-2022 FAFSA - the app has dramatically improved! It now contains a useful dashboard that shows you what you'll need in order to complete the FAFSA, your progress while you complete the FAFSA, and once you've finished, it will automatically update your status and provide you your student aid summary (which contains all the loans, grants, and any work-study you've been awarded).

Here's a walkthrough of what the app looks like and how to use it!
