When A Frustrating Situation Arises, What Do You Do? [Quiz]

Last updated January 6, 2020

Frustration is the feeling of being annoyed or angry when something isn't working out the way you want it too. It can happen to anybody at any time. Even if you're normally a calm person, if you're having a bad day you can feel frustrated when something doesn’t go the way you planned it.

In the next series of questions, we'll give you different scenarios where you will pick how you would react or handle the situation. Tip: Before you react to a situation: stop, take a breath, and collect your thoughts before you make a rash decision.
