Picture Yourself On Your First Day At College Or Work

Last updated February 28, 2020

How do you think your first day will go? What do you envision happening?

The act of visualizing yourself on your first day at college or a new job will help you actualize a good day. It’s a mental rehearsal of what you want to happen. In your mind, imagine what the day will look like. What will you be wearing? Where are you? What are you doing? How are you feeling? Imagine getting coffee, walking to class/work, learning new things, and meeting new people, etc.

After you’re done visualizing, share (down below) how you think your first day at college or work will go. What is one thing that you want to happen on that first day that will make it a great day. We all have different ideas of a good day, and that’s okay! Share as much or as little as you want of your first day wish list :)
